Protein Shake


Because I try to eat something within 30 minutes of getting up in the mornings I have found that I would much rather have a protein shake first thing.  The recipe is really easy:  300 ml of Rice or Almond milk; 1/3 cup of plain yogurt; 1/2 cup oats; protein powder; sprouts and seeds; 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder; frozen bananas.  That's it.  I have a kit below where you can purchase everything but the yogurt and the bananas.
